  • 1 can (No. 2) crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 pkg. raspberry Jell-O

Directions

    Chill until syrupy, then add beets and pineapple.
