  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature (not lite)
  • 14 white sugar
  • 12-34 cup Miracle Whip or 12-34 cup mayonnaise
  • 34 cup cooked beets, pureed in a food processor
  • 14 cup diced onions or 1 bunch green onion

Directions

    In a mixer, beat the cream cheese, sugar and Miracle Whip or mayo until fluffy.

    Adjust Miracle Whip as needed.

    Add pureed beets and diced onion and mix well.
