  • 2 small, 3 oz cooked, peeled beets
  • 2 (15 oz) cans no salt added chick peas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 c Tahini
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/4 C lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • pinch cayenne pepper

    Combine in food processor, process until smooth, 2-3 min, stopping occassionally to scrape sides.
