- 2 cloves Garlic, Peeled
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Garbanzo Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt To Taste

2Bring a small pot of water to boil.

4Boil the beet until tender, 10-15 minutes.

5Remove the beet from the water and then peel it, rinse and let it cool.
