  • 4 ounces Beet-Carrot-Apple Juice, recipe follows
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • Apple slice, for garnish
  • 2 medium beets, trimmed and scrubbed
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and cored
  • 3 medium carrots, peeled

    Combine the Beet-Carrot-Apple Juice, gin and Campari in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

    Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.

    Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.

    Garnish with the apple slice.

    Juice, in this order, the beets, apple and carrots, following your juicer's specific settings for each.
