  • 1 c. diced beets, drained
  • 1 c. beet juice, fill with water to make 1 c.
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) box orange jello
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 2 tsp. mustard seed

Directions

    Bring juice, vinegar and sugar to a boil.

    Add jello and let cool.

    Add all other ingredients and pour into mold.

    Refrigerate.
