  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. beet juice
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. chopped or shoestring beets

Directions

    Heat beet juice to boiling.

    Add to boiling water, then to lemon jello.

    Pour into mold and set.

    Very attractive at Christmas.
