  • 15 ounces cannellini beans rinsed, drained
  • 1 cup beets chopped, cooked, drained
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 lemon small, juiced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • pepper
  • fresh mint for garnish, optional

Directions

    Add beans, beets, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and olive oil to a blender container and blend until smooth. Season as desired.

    Pour into a serving container and garnish with fresh mint, as desired.
