- 1 7/8 cups corn kernels 1 can
- 3/4 cup yogurt 1 pot
- 5 1/4 tablespoons dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1Drain corn and beetroot and place in a bowl

2Dice the dill pickles and add to mixture

3For the dressing, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, lemon and olive oil
