- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. flour
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg white, stiffly beaten
Directions

1Preheat waffle maker. Put all ingredients (except egg white) in a large bowl; beat on low speed until moistened. Then increase speed to medium; beat until smooth. By hand, gently fold in beaten egg whites. Pour batter by 1/2 cup. Close lid and bake.
