- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Take egg yolks and beat until very light.

2Add vanilla and margarine.

3Combine flour and salt.

4Add with milk to mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.

5Cook over medium heat 1 to 1 1/2 cups of batter for 30 to 45 seconds on first side.

6Turn and bake until steam stops or until golden brown.
