Venison Soup

- 1 lb. ground venison
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 4 c. hot water
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 cubes beef bouillon
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Brown venison in pan. Add onion and cook 5 minutes. Loosen meat from kettle. Add remaining ingredients, except soup.

2Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add tomato soup and simmer 10 minutes longer. Good with hot bread.
