Venison Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground venison
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 4 c. hot water
  • 1 c. diced carrots
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced potatoes
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 cubes beef bouillon
  • 1 can tomato soup

Directions

    Brown venison in pan. Add onion and cook 5 minutes. Loosen meat from kettle. Add remaining ingredients, except soup.

    Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add tomato soup and simmer 10 minutes longer. Good with hot bread.
