  • 5 cups Fresh Berries Or A 600g Bag Of Frozen Berries (blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries)
  • 1/2 cups Sugar (up To 1 Cup Depending On Your Taste And The Sweetness Of The Berries)
  • 2 teaspoons Quick Cooking Tapioca
  • 3/4 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 cups Butter, At Room Temperature

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    In a microwave safe bowl, combine berries and sugar. Cook 4 minutes.

    Then remove it from the microwave, add tapioca, mix to combine, and set aside.

    In another bowl, whisk the flour, oats, brown sugar and salt. Rub the butter into the ingredients until a crumbly mixture forms.

    Place the fruit into an 8x10 or 9x11 baking dish and sprinkle the crisp mixture on top. Bake for 40 minutes.

    Serve with ice cream.
