Ingredients

  • 20 g oats
  • 20 g pecan nuts (or almonds, walnuts etc)
  • 125 ml berries, sliced (strawberries, blueberries, mulberries, raspberries etc)
  • 125 ml yogurt (plain, Greek or Bulgarian)
  • 15 ml honey

Directions

    Toast oats and pecans on a medium heat till oats are lightly browned.

    Mash half the berries into the yogurt with the the honey, mix well.

    Add rest of berries and warm oat/nut mixture.
  4. 4
    Enjoy.
