- 20 g oats
- 20 g pecan nuts (or almonds, walnuts etc)
- 125 ml berries, sliced (strawberries, blueberries, mulberries, raspberries etc)
- 125 ml yogurt (plain, Greek or Bulgarian)
- 15 ml honey
Directions

1Toast oats and pecans on a medium heat till oats are lightly browned.

2Mash half the berries into the yogurt with the the honey, mix well.

3Add rest of berries and warm oat/nut mixture.

4Enjoy.
