  • 40 grams rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp apple or cranberry juice
  • 2 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt
  • 70 grams berry fruits (defrosted frozen berries are fine)

Directions

    Add the oats to a pot and just cover with the fruit juice, adding more if required.

    Mix in the yogurt.

    Add the berries and any berry juice and stir through.
