- 2 pints berries, any kind will do
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cups almond meal
- 12 cup walnuts, chopped
- 12 cup coconut oil, melted
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2Place berries in a 9x9 baking pan.

3Warning: I used sliced strawberries the last time I made this.

4It was delicious - but it looked like piles of raw hamburger when I served it!

5If presentation is important, use blueberries or blackberries.

6Pour the lemon juice over the berries.

7Combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well.

8Sprinkle over the berries.
-
9It is fine if there are berries peeking through - no need to fully cover.

10Bake 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crumbly looking.
