- 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt or 2 cups low-fat lemon yogurt
- 12 cup low-fat milk
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 13 cup granulated sugar
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon lemon extract
- 1 egg
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 14 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup Cheerios toasted oat cereal
- 12 cup white chocolate chips
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 400F and line muffin tins with paper liners.

2Beat together the yoghurt, milk, lemon zest, butter, sugars, vanilla, lemon extract and egg until well combined.

3Add the flours, oats, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg, stirring just until combined.

4Fold in the berries, Cheerios and white chocolate chips.

5Bake for 15 minutes, until a tester comes out clean.
