- 1/2 c. red currant jelly
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 5 tsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Blend cornstarch with cold water.

2Add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir about 3 minutes.

3Cool and serve over ice cream or cake.

4Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

5If there are leftovers, store in refrigerator.
