- 1 paratha dough
- 12 cup gram flour
- 1 12 teaspoons red chili powder
- 12 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 3 -4 pinches asafetida powder
- 12 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 tablespoon coriander, finely chopped (towel dried)
- oil (to shallow fry) or ghee (to shallow fry)
Directions

1Mix the gram flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, cumin seeds and corriander Take a lump of dough.

2Roll it and spread oil on the chappati.

3Sprinkle some filling over it.

4Tightly roll into a swissroll.

5Form an overlapping spiral.

6Press and re-roll to full size.

7Shallow fry and serve hot with curds and pickle.
