  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, (at least 80 % lean, a.k.a. 80/20)
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

    Preheat your grill to high.

    In a bowl, using your hands, combine all of the ingredients until evenly incorporated.

    Form into 4 equal sized burgers.

    Place the burgers on the hot grill and cook for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, depending on how well done you like them.

    Remove from the grill and serve.
