- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 pt. blueberries
Directions

1Rinse blueberries.

2Remove 1/2 cup.

3Dry remaining berries. Cream butter and sugar.

4Add eggs singly, beating well.

5Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.

6Crush the 1/2 cup blueberries with a fork and mix into batter.

7Add remaining berries and mix by hand.

8Fill greased muffin pans 3/4 full and bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until nicely browned.

9Cool 30 minutes before removing from pans.

10Store, uncovered.

11Makes about 16 muffins.
