- 1 bunch Broccoli, Florets Cut Off, No Stems
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Prosciutto, Cubed
- 1/4 cups Pine Nuts
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°F.

2Put broccoli in a bowl and mix with olive oil, prosciutto, pine nuts and garlic. Pour out on a sheet pan lined with foil or parchment.

3Roast for 15-20 minutes. Be careful with the pine nuts; if they are left alone, they will burn, so stir often.

4When browned, remove from oven and top with lemon zest and juice. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Serve immediately.
