  • 6 medium apples, pared and cored
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Make a mixture of 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar. Place each apple on a 7-inch square of pastry.
