  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. unsifted flour
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Stir well and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Frost cake as soon as it comes from the oven.

    Let cool and refrigerate at least two days.

    Can be frozen after being refrigerated.
