- 4 large white potatoes
- onion salt to taste
- salt and pepper (sprinkle)
- grated Parmesan or Romano cheese to taste
- butter
- 1 pt. coffee cream
- paprika
Directions

1Boil potatoes with skins on for approximately 25 minutes. Cool and refrigerate overnight.

2Butter casserole.

3Scrape off skin from potatoes and grate on medium food grater.

4Layer in casserole the potatoes, onion salt, salt, pepper, grated cheese and dot with butter.

5Repeat for second layer.

6Cover with cream and sprinkle top with grated cheese and paprika.

7Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.

8Can be prepared the day before and add cream just before baking.
