  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • salt to taste
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

    Brown butter in saucepan over medium heat until golden brown, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
