  • 3 Eggs- room temp
  • 1 1/4 c whole milk- room temp
  • 1 1/4 c Flour
  • dash salt
  • Oil or butter

Directions

    Beat eggs with mixer until lemon colored and foamy

    Add milk and stir until well blended

    Do not overbeat

    Add flour and salt all at once
  5. 5
    Hand beat until foamy and smooth on top

    Preheat tins in oven for 10 min

    Grease popover tins well with oil or butter

    Pour batter filling to the rim

    Bake at 450 - 15 min

    Reduce heat to 350 and bake 30 min longer

    Do not open oven door or popovers will fall
  12. 12
    Remove popovers at once and serve
