- 1 1/4 c whole milk- room temp
- 1 1/4 c Flour
- dash salt
- Oil or butter
Directions

1Beat eggs with mixer until lemon colored and foamy

2Add milk and stir until well blended

3Do not overbeat

4Add flour and salt all at once
-
5Hand beat until foamy and smooth on top
-
6Preheat tins in oven for 10 min

7Grease popover tins well with oil or butter

8Pour batter filling to the rim
-
9Bake at 450 - 15 min
-
10Reduce heat to 350 and bake 30 min longer
-
11Do not open oven door or popovers will fall
-
12Remove popovers at once and serve
