  • 3 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1 12 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 12 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 12 teaspoon clove
  • 6 eggs
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 2 12 cups milk
  • 2 deep dish pie shells

Directions

    Mix together pumpkin puree, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger nutmeg and cloves.

    In a separate bowl mix together the milk, eggs and evaporated milk.

    Add the milk mixture to the pumpkin mixture and mix until combined.

    Pour into prepared pie shells.
