  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 16 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 1 package Dry Leek Soup Mix (approximately 2 Ounce Size Packet)
  • 4 ounces, weight Water Chestnuts, Drained And Chopped
  • 10 ounces, weight Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed, Drained, And Water Pressed Out
  • 1 whole Loaf Sourdough Bread, Cubed Or Torn Into Pieces

    In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, dry leek soup mix, water chestnuts and chopped spinach.

    Chill in the refrigerator 6 hours, or overnight.
