  • ham slices as needed
  • 6 potatoes not too cooked
  • 3 1/2 ounces pork sausage smoked
  • cheese slices

  • Edam cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 7/8 cup cream
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    Line a crown shaped baking pan with the ham.

    Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes in slices. Start cooking in a pot of boiling water.

    Cut small pieces of ham and sausage, and set aside.

    When the potatoes are half cooked, remove from the stove, and drain.

    Cut the cheese into small pieces, and set aside.

    Cover the bottom of the pan with the Flamengo or Edam cheese slices, and sliced potatoes.

    Arrange the diced cheese over the potatoes, add the sliced ham and sausage.

    Add the last layer of potatoes.

    In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, pepper, and cream. Mix well. Pour on top of potatoes.

    Bake for 35 minutes.
