  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes

    Combine all ingredients except the nutmeg in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.

    Strain into a large cocktail glass and top with a grating of nutmeg.
