- 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 8 cloves coarsely chopped garlic
- 1 c. chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- freshly squeezed lemon
Directions

1Cut off stems from sprouts and remove outer yellow layer.

2Cut small x in bottom of each.

3Rinse in cold water; drain and pat dry.
