  • 3 to 3 1/2 lb. sprouts
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 cloves coarsely chopped garlic
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • freshly squeezed lemon

    Cut off stems from sprouts and remove outer yellow layer.

    Cut small x in bottom of each.

    Rinse in cold water; drain and pat dry.
