  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes chocolate pudding (instant)

    Mix flour, nuts and margarine in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

    Cream sugar and cream cheese.

    Fold in 1/2 of Cool Whip.

    Put in baked crust.

    Prepare pudding according to box directions and layer on top of cream cheese mixture.

    Add remainder of Cool Whip and cool.
