- 2 c. creamed cottage cheese (can use fat-free)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (omit for fat-free)
- 1 Tbsp. dill seed
- 2 Tbsp. minced green onion
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten or 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 5 c. unbleached flour
Directions

1Warm cheese and butter slightly.

2Add dill, onion, sugar, soda, salt and eggs.

3Beat until blended.

4Combine water and yeast; stir until blended.

5Stir into cheese mixture.

6Add flour. Knead.

7Let rise.

8Shape into 2 (8 x 4-inch) loaves.

9Rise to top of pan.

10Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.

11Makes 2 loaves.
