Ingredients
- 2 servings Naengmyeon noodles (or somen or udon noodles)
- 100 grams Thinly sliced beef
- 1 Dashi stock granules
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 Boiled egg
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Gochujang
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Toasted white sesame seeds
Directions

1Mince the cucumber, and cut the hard-boiled egg in half.

2Combine the sauce ingredients.

3Blanch the thinly-sliced beef in salted dashi stock.

4Allow to cool, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

5Boil the cold noodles, then cool.

6Strain and mix in the sauce and the beef.

7Transfer to a plate or bowl, top with the cucumber and egg, and it's complete!

8If you want to prepare it more healthy, omit the sesame oil in the sauce, and increase with equal parts of water.

9One tablespoon of sesame oil is about 160 kcal.
