- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 pound Turkey Sausage
- 3/4 cups Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Dark German Beer (such As Becks Or St Paulis Girl)
- 2 cups Sauerkraut Drained
- 1 package (1 Oz. Size) Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 2 teaspoons Caraway Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 3 cans (8 Oz. Size) Reduced-fat Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
- 1- 1/2 cup Pepperjack Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Brown ground beef and sausage in a large skillet over medium high heat until fully browned.

3Remove the meat, drain fat and set aside.

4Add onions to the skillet and saute until brown, about 57 minutes.

5Add the meat back into the skillet with the onions.

6Sitr in beer, sauerkraut, onion soup mix, caraway seeds, and garlic powder and simmer for another 5 minutes.

7Add salt and pepper to taste.

8Set aside.

9Press half of all the crescent roll dough into the bottom of a lightly greased casserole dish (9x13).

10Spread the meat and sauerkraut mixture on top.

11Sprinkle with pepperjack.

12Layer the rest of the crescent roll dough on top of the beef mixture, covering all of the filling, overlapping just a little.

13Sprinkle with the parmesan.

14Bake in the preheated oven for 3035 minutes or until golden brown on top.
