  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 pound crab meat, flaked
  • 1/4 c grated New York cheddar
  • 1 1/4 c fresh sourdough breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 c plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
