Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. bread crumbs (oatmeal or cereal)
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 4 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 c. beef broth or water
- 2 Tbsp. dry minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Combine eggs, broth, bread crumbs, onion and pepper.

2Let set for 10 minutes.

3Add ground beef and mix well.

4Shape into meatballs and place on broiler pan or other roasting rack.

5Brush tops with soy sauce and bake about 12 minutes at 375°.

6Turn if needed.

7Cool and freeze in portions needed.

8Great to use for spaghetti, soups or sweet and sour meatballs.
