  • 2 lb. can bing cherries seeded & drained
  • 2 lb. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2C of juices plus water
  • 1 3oz. pkg. black cherry jello
  • 1 3oz. pkg. raspberry or cherry jello
  • 2C 7-up
  • 1 small cream cheese 3oz.
  • 1C celery finely diced
  • 1C walnuts coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 C flaked coconut

Directions

    heat juice to boiling, pour over both gelatins, stir until dissolved.

    add 7-up, chill until slightly thickened.
  3. 3
    break up or beat cream cheese until soft & creamy and add it to fruit and nuts and celery and coconut.

    fold into jello

    chill until firm
