  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. almonds (whole)
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 c. honey

Directions

    Combine all dry ingredients.

    Add some of water, throw in whole almonds, add honey.

    Stir and add rest of water.

    Roll into logs; slice on bias 1/2-inch.

    Place on pan, cut side down, and bake 30 minutes at 350°.

    They will flatten out as they bake.
