- 3/4 c. almonds (whole)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/3 c. water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 c. honey
Directions

1Combine all dry ingredients.

2Add some of water, throw in whole almonds, add honey.

3Stir and add rest of water.

4Roll into logs; slice on bias 1/2-inch.

5Place on pan, cut side down, and bake 30 minutes at 350°.

6They will flatten out as they bake.
