Biscuit Dumplings

  • 4 cans biscuits
  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 4 bouillon cubes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook chicken in a gallon pot until well done.

    Remove chicken from pot.

    When cool, remove chicken, cut into pieces and put back in broth.

    Put stick of butter in.

    Add bouillon cubes.

    Bring to a boil, then take biscuits and cut each one into 4 pieces.

    Drop into boiling broth. When dumplings are done, add cream of chicken soup.

    Stir well.

    Salt and pepper to taste.
