- 2 (10 oz.) cans biscuits
- 5 slices cotton salami, cut into quarters
- 5 slices cooked ham
- 5 slices Swiss cheese, cut into quarters (or both)
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced red onion, separated into rings
- 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
Directions

1Cut all meat into quarters.

2Heat oven to 400°.

3Press or roll each biscuit into 4-inch round.

4Place 2 pieces of each meat and 2 pieces of each cheese on each round (more if desired).

5Top with onions. Top with remaining biscuits; press edges together to seal. Prick top with fork; sprinkle with poppy seed.

6Place on ungreased cookie sheets.

7Bake at 400° for 9 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.

8Let stand 3 to 4 minutes.

9Cut each in half. Makes 20 appetizers.
