- 6 (1/2 inch thick) pork chops
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuits
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil.

3Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Combine 1 can cream soup, celery, onion, egg and seasonings.

5Separate cans of biscuits into 10 biscuits; cut each biscuit into 8 pieces.

6Stir into soup mixture; spoon over meat.

7Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until meat is tender.
