- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. oil
- 2/3 c. milk
Directions

1Sift flour, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl.

2Pour oil and milk into a measuring cup; do not mix.

3Pour all at once into flour.

4Stir with a fork until mixture forms a ball.

5Lightly knead dough 10 times.

6Roll out between sheets of wax paper (if work surface is damp, paper won't slip).

7Cut out biscuits with a 2-inch cutter and place on an ungreased baking sheet.

8Bake at 475° for 10 to 15 minutes.

9Makes about 16 biscuits.
