- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. milk (approximately)
Directions

1Sift flour, baking powder and salt.

2Cut in butter with pastry blender or fork.

3Add eggs and enough milk to make a dough that holds together and can be kneaded.

4Turn dough on a lightly floured board and knead very lightly (no more than 10 times).

5Pat the dough to a thickness of approximately 1/2-inch.

6Cut into rounds and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes.
