  • 4 whole eggs
  • 350 g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 400 g flour
  • 200 g raisins
  • 200 g chopped walnuts
  • 100 g coarsley chopped chocolate

Directions

    Mix whole eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.

    Add raisins, walnuts, chocolate and flour and mix all together gently.

    Pour into a pre-greased and floured baking tray.

    Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 min at moderate temperature (180 Celsius degrees).

    Sprinkle with icing sugar (optional).
