- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp. brandy or white vermouth
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 egg whites, whipped
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. crushed macaroons or coconut cookies
Directions

1In small bowl, beat yolks with sugar until fluffy.

2Stir in liquid (vanilla and brandy).

3Fold egg yolks into egg whites and the egg white mixture into the whipped cream.

4Stir in crushed macaroons.

5Fill 8 cupcake papers or pretty dessert glasses. Serve with chocolate laced cookies.
