  • 2 large egg whites
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

    Prepare two large cookie sheets with parchment paper.

    Melt chocolate chips in the microwave.

    Stir again and let them cool while you're making the meringue.

    Beat egg whites until foamy.

    Add sugar a bit at a time and continue beating until stiff.

    Pour the melted chocolate over the top of the meringue distributing it in a stream around the top rather than all in one spot.
