  • 2 T. peeled grated fresh ginger
  • 1 T. fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 T. finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp. grated lime zest
  • 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp. Asian sesame oil
  • 24 square wonton wrappers
  • 24 small fresh oysters
  • 3 c. veggie oild for frying
  • lime-soy sauce for dipping

(Keep the rest of the wrappers covered with a damp cloth.) Place one oyster diagonally near the bottom of wrapper. Spoon 1\/2 tsp. ginger mixture on oyster. Fold bottom corner of wrapper over oyster, fold in sides and roll.
