  • 4 ounces chilled ginger ale
  • Ice
  • 1 ounce Pastis
  • Dash of Peychaud's Bitters
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 lemon, cut into pieces

    In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lemon pieces with the sugar.

    Add the pastis, bitters and ice and shake well.
